Welcome to Grace Baptist Academy registration information page. GBA takes registrations at any time during the school year, but you need to call 815 939-4579 ex. 233 for details and class space availability.
The following links contain information that you will need in order to register your student. Please print the student application and have completely filled out when you come in to register your child. You will need to pay the registration fee and the book fee at the time of registration. Those fee amounts are located in the Financial Information link. You may also print a copy of the Student Handbook to look over our school's policies and practices.
Students going into Kindergarten, 5th, & 9th grade are required by the Illinois State Board of Education to have a school physical and current immunizations. Students going into Kindergarten, 2nd, & 6th grade are required by the Illinois State Board of Education to have a dental exam or dental waiver form on file at the school. All Pre-school and Kindergarten students must have a TB test and must have copies of their most current physical and a copy of their immunization records. A new state law which went into effect January 1, 2008 requires that students entering kindergarten or enrolling for the first time in public or private school must provide proof on an eye exam by a qualified eye doctor. Proof of the eye exam must be submitted to the school by October 15 of that school year. Any student who will be participating in any sport during the school year must have a sports physical. (5th & 9th graders may use their school physical as their sports physical)
